The Sandy Spoon, a food truck specializing in healthy acai bowls and smoothies, serves a majority of the Northeast Florida region.
The menu includes signature acai bowls — PB and J Vaca, Beach Bum Bliss, Tropical Tidal Wave — or build your own. Various toppings are available such as granola, bananas, mango, honey, pineapple, chocolate chips, peanut butter, Nutella, and unsweetened coconut.
Smoothies made with coconut water and frozen fruit are also served: Dragon's Breath (pineapple and dragonfruit), Mickler's Choice (strawberry and banana), and Banana Boat (peanut butter, cacao powder, and banana).
