The Sprout Kitchen, in the Historic Downtown, features non-GMO whole foods and utilizes organic/locally sourced ingredients. All food packaging is made from wheat straw fiber.

Smoothies include Sunshine & Coconuts (orange juice, banana, pineapple, and coconut yogurt) and Green Protein (avocado, banana, spinach, plant protein, coconut, and spirulina). Smoothie bowls are also served with gluten-free granola, blueberries, goji berries, and bananas.
