Stir It Up, in the same building as the Pit Surf Shop, has been serving healthy and refreshing food to surfers for more than 19 years. Whether it's beach-goers or folks who just stopped by for the good vibes, it has been -- and continues to be -- a favorite among locals and visitors.
Each meal is prepared fresh and with mostly organic ingredients. Menu options include various sandwiches, burritos, quesadillas, and salads. Breakfast is also offered every day from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
There is a wide selection of smoothies to choose from such as the Twister: strawberry, banana, peanut butter, and apple juice. Gabe's Escape is another popular staple: strawberry, peach, mango, sherbert, and pineapple juice.
Come and join the fun on the porch. Order at the outside window and chill in one of the hammock chairs or the seating area on the deck.
It is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Delivery is available to businesses and homes around the St. Augustine Beach area.
