Tijuana Flats is a chain restaurant popular for its colorful mural walls and famous hot sauces. Owner, Brian Wheeler, developed his own line of hot sauces under the "Smack My Ass & Call Me Sally" brand, and now each location carries these sauces at the "hot sauce bar."
The establishment serves Tex-Mex dishes: burritos, bowls, chimichangas, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, flautas, and salads. Any meal can be turned into a combo with a side and a fountain drink. The sides include salsa, queso, guacamole, cilantro lime rice, beans, and corn salsa. Vegetarian options are also available.
Other than lunch and dinner items, there are additional sweet treats: churro bites, cookie dough flautas, and brookies which are a mix of a brownie and a cookie.
