Uncle KC's Dogs

Uncle KC's Dogs travels in and around St. Augustine, providing lunch and dinner options at local businesses, events, and private parties.

The menu serves classic hot dogs — beef, Italian sausage, and bratwurst — with standard and premium toppings such as onions, jalapeños, garlic chipotle aioli, dill relish, coleslaw, sauerkraut, cheese sauce, chili, and bacon.

Specialty dogs are offered such as Cat5 (Thai chili sauce, garlic chipotle aioli, and Datil sauce), Chef's Special (red onion sauce, Datil sauce, and slaw), Sticky Fingers (cheese sauce, Datil sauce, peppers, and onions), Slightly Hungover (onion, cheese sauce, bacon, and jalapeño), and The New Yorker (red onion sauce, honey Datil mustard, and sauerkraut).
