The West Egg, in the same building as Sweet City Cupcakes, serves breakfast/brunch and sandwich items. Coffee, juice, and soda are also available.
An assortment of burritos and bowls are served — two examples are Camp 4 (hashbrowns, black beans, scrambled egg, cheese, and house salsa) and Carne Asada Hash (caramelized onion, queso fresco, fried egg, avocado, house salsa, and cilantro).
Sandwiches include buttermilk chicken cordon bleu (grilled ham, Swiss cheese, fried egg, and datil mustard), grilled egg and cheese, pimento chicken, and peanut butter and jelly French toast (strawberry preserves, powdered sugar, and pure maple syrup).
Sides offered include home fries, cheddar grits, sweet potato tots, and grilled biscuits.
The eatery is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. It's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
