Katrina Martines, a licensed officiant, owns and operates East Coast Ceremonies. Providing custom ceremony and officiant service, Katrina helps make wedding dreams come true in St. Johns County. She conducts each ceremony after working with couples to select vows, complete paperwork, and create a meaningful ceremony. A rehearsal is included in each wedding package, and face-to-face consultations are preferred.
