Now & Zen Studio builds community by bringing people together for a variety of classes from barre, pilates, yoga, and wellness workshops. health coaching and private sessions are also available. The studio is designed to nurture, recharge, and stimulate the body and mind. Classes are offered seven days a week and range from beginner to advanced. Reservations are recommended.
