The Perch — Venue

The Perch offers two venue spaces on Anastasia Island — The Annex and the Velvet Rose. Each room features a modern, elegant appearance with a touch of rustic sophistication. The Annex is ideal for intimate wedding rehearsal dinners or bridal party events, accommodating up to 40 guests. The Velvet Rose serves as The Perch's speakeasy.

The Annex and Velvet Rose are available for up to three hours. The venue rentals include tables and chairs, tablescape decor, tableware, chargers, linen napkins, votives, greenery, and personalized printed menus. The Perch charges a service fee, which includes event consultations, a chef-designed custom menu, complete event preparation, and staff breakdown and clean-up.
