Diamonds in the Rough Retired Horse Farm

Diamonds in the Rough is a non-profit organization offering a place for farm animals, especially aging horses, to live out their lives. The organization primarily rescues horses, but they also provide a home to everything from goats and pigs to chickens. Their goal is to rehabilitate their rescues, and when appropriate, place them in forever homes.

Volunteers come from the community and the organization offers student volunteer opportunities and hours.
