Flagler College continues the celebration of its 50th Anniversary with a book reading and signing by award-winning children's book author Harvey E. Oyer III.

Flagler College's Education Department presents a reading of selections from the book series, "The Adventure of Charlie Pierce," by Harvey W. Oyer III, at the Lewis Auditorium on Saturday, December 1, 2018, beginning at 11:00 a.m. The event is free and open to the public and will include a lecture, meet and greet, and book signing.
Readings will be performed by faculty and students from the Education Department, as well as by Susan Joyner, retired school teacher and wife of Flagler College President Joseph G. Joyner. The reading is part of Flagler College's ongoing celebration of its 50th anniversary.
For those who pre-register, at 12:30 p.m. the event will move to Flagler's Solarium for a Chick-Fil-A lunch, along with other activities and additional readings.
