American Cancer Society: Relay for Life
A community-based walking event raising funds for cancer.
Come together with your local community and support the fight against cancer. Hosted by the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life at Beachside High School will be on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m. This event represents more than a walk and further celebrates cancer survivors and remembers past loved ones.
The Relay begins with a Survivor Lap where cancer survivors are honored by those in attendance; caregivers and others will get to join after this first lap. Stay for the memorable Luminaria Ceremony where attendants can light a candle and take a moment to honor all affected by the disease.
Entertainment and other fun activities will be offered. Details will be posted once new information is given.
