American Cancer Society: Relay for Life
A community-based event raising funds for cancer.
Join the local community and support the fight against cancer. Hosted by the American Cancer Society, and Jacksonville Hope Lodge, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary, Relay for Life is Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. This event celebrates cancer survivors and remembers past loved ones.
The Relay begins with a Survivor Lap where cancer survivors are honored by those in attendance. Then join the survivor reception. Stay for the memorable Luminaria Ceremony where attendants light candles and take a moment to recognize all affected by the disease.
Teams will set up tents and fundraise throughout the event. Entertainment and other fun activities are also offered.
