The Apryle Showers 10K and Kids Fun Run begins at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 7, 2024.
Held on an open 6.2-mile route, which makes for excellent running conditions, the race is billed as "Florida's Fastest 10K."
Sponsored by the Nocatee community, the 10K race begins at the Nocatee Splash Park. Registration ranges from $30.00 to $40.00, depending on the time purchased. Visit here for details about the race and registration process.
All proceeds benefit the Apryle Showers Foundation, a nonprofit organization that serves individuals ages 30 to 55 who are currently undergoing cancer treatment. The foundation was created in 2015 by Apryle Schmidt and continues to be supported by her loving family and friends. Visit here for more information.
