This Cocktails 201 class introduces visitors and locals to the next level of cocktail creation. This class is ideal for at-home bartenders that are familiar with various tools and bartending basics. At this St. Augustine Distillery class explore cocktail composition, becoming familiar with ratios and the various ingredients that can be added to create a unique drink.
The Distillery bartenders teach basic bartending techniques and give everyone the opportunity to make a classic cocktail. After visitors feel comfortable, expert bartenders will help them to make their own creation. There will also be light snacks.
