Music GNV and Spinster Abbott's present a live music concert from The Listening Room, a program that brings musicians to perform in three locations in North Florida. On Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. the Listening Room presents singer and songwriter, Dan Mangan.

Dan Mangan is known nationally in indie rock and folk circles. From Vancouver, Canada, Dan writes songs that tell stories, resonate with the audience, and linger in their minds. Dan has produced several acclaimed albums, including Nice, Nice Very Nice; and Oh Fortune. He has performed on stages from the Jimmy Kimmel Show to Glastonbury, to Bonnaroo.

Dan is a two-time winner of the JUNO Awards (Canada's music awards) and has followers from around the world. In addition to writing songs and touring, Dan has several credits for scoring film and television soundtracks. In addition, his commitment to the indie music scene led him to co-found Side Door, which connects artists with unconventional performance spaces, such as this concert at Spinster Abbott's. The innovative local venue, shop, and pub is the perfect space for Dan's local fans to enjoy this live concert, the first time Dan has performed in such an intimate setting in Florida.
