The St. Augustine Amphitheatre presents The Blind Boys of Alabama in a free concert of Christmas favorites as part of their A December to Remember roster of holiday activities sponsored by the Community First Credit Union.

The Amphitheatre will be open to the public beginning at 5 p.m. to the holiday-themed play area set up for A December to Remember. Decorated with a holiday tree and an Elf Village, the setting is filled with festive music. Activities include free train rides, visits with Santa, face-painting and a bounce house, all presented by Friends of the St. Augustine Amphitheatre.

The Blind Boys of Alabama will present "Talkin' Christmas" at this free concert. The group originally formed at the Alabama Institute for the Negro Blind in Talladega in the late 1930s and they are still performing to sold-out venues well into the 21st century. Throughout their highly acclaimed career spanning seven decades, the group has won five Grammys and numerous other awards.

Admission is free.

When? Sunday, November 29, 2015. Gates to the holiday play area open at 5:30. Concert is at 8 p.m.

Where?The Amphitheatre is located at 1340 A1A South in St. Augustine Beach.
