The Diary of Anne Frank Presented by Apex Theatre Studio
(904) 476-5582 Apex Theatre Studio presents an additional performance of The Diary of Anne Frank, on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. This ninety-minute play tells the story of the young woman who hid from the Nazis in Germany for two years before her family was betrayed and transported to concentration camps. This encore performance takes place at St. Francis In-The-Field Episcopal Church at 896 Palm Valley Road in Ponte Vedra Beach.
This production is directed by George Judy, Professor of Theatre at Louisiana State University. The actors are teaching artists and some of their students. The title role will be performed by Eva Gassert, a sophomore at Nease High School. The story has been taught to students for years, and is both a wonderful example of the best of the human spirit and a chilling reminder of man's inhumanity to others.
