Flagler College Community Open House
Flagler College invites the public to see the newly-renovated kitchen and serving areas of the historic Ponce de Leon Dining Room.
Flagler College is hosting a Community Open House to view the renovations in the serving and kitchen areas of the Ponce de Leon Dining Room that were completed over the summer on Sunday, December 15, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The event is free and open to the public, and includes access to the historic dining room.
The renovation project included a complete overhaul of the serving and dish collection areas as well as the enhancement of other areas by historic preservation crews. One of the primary reasons for the renovation was to increase the sustainability and green components in the kitchen area, including the addition of a biodigester and doubling the recycling capacity.
Reservations are not required.
Admission: Free. No registration required.
