Foundation 5000
The University of Florida Health St. Johns Foundation hosts the Foundation 5000 5K race on Saturday, January 11, 2025, near Flagler Hospital in South St. Augustine. The race kicks off at 8:00 a.m. and supports the Foundation’s efforts to provide medical assistance to vulnerable populations within our community.
Participants are encouraged to run or walk in the race in celebration of a stronger, healthier community. Previous races have raised money for a mobile health clinic to serve the community and improve healthcare access to St. Johns County residents.

Admission: Register online for $35.00 per participant.
When: Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
Where: Near Flagler Hospital in South St. Augustine, at 400 Health Park Boulevard, St. Augustine, Florida 32084.
