Ghosts of St. Augustine's Past Halloween festival celebrates St. Augustine and Halloween with free concerts at the Plaza de la Constitución on Friday, October 28 through Sunday, October 30, 2023 at various times. 

On Friday, October 28, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Cap'n D returns to St. Augustine with The Kilted Creature and The Keeper. This vibrant musical and comedy event includes the Kilted Creature who may or may not be related to the "star" from the Creature from the Black Lagoon, an iconic horror movie that was partially filmed in St. Augustine. Costumes are encouraged every evening.

On Saturday, October 29, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., everyone is invited to enjoy the music of Caribe Groove.  Dancing and costumes are encouraged.

On Sunday, October 30, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., local favorite Ramona and the Riot performs a free concert at the Plaza. This is Steampunk Sunday for Ghosts of St. Augustine's Past. All costumes are encouraged — especially those who enjoy Steampunk. Everyone is invited to stroll the city in Steampunk style on Sunday and then head over to the plaza to dance to Ramona and the Riot.

When: Friday, October 28 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, October 29, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, October 30, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Where: Plaza de la Constitución, in St. Augustine's Historic Downtown.
