Last Cast: Sunset Shoreline Fishing

The St. Johns County Parks and Recreation Department hosts the Last Cast: A Sunset Shoreline Fishing Experience on Friday, January 3, 2025, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Usina Boat Ramp Pavilion at Vilano Beach.

This fishing experience invites participants to cast their lines during a relaxing evening of shoreline fishing. This event is designed for everyone, from seasoned anglers to those picking up a fishing rod for the first time. For just $5.00, participants can rent all necessary gear, including rods, reels, and tackle, ensuring a stress-free and accessible fishing outing. 

Requirements: A valid shoreline fishing license is required. Anglers 65 and older may present a Florida driver’s license.

Admission: Admission is free. Register online to secure a spot in this event. Gear rental is available for rent for $5.00.
