On Euclid Avenue on the north end of Vilano Beach, the Usina Boat Ramp offers double access, a floating dock, a fishing pier with a cleaning table, an observation platform, restrooms, an outdoor rinsing shower, and a parking lot. The boat ramp is a also a good spot for dropping a kayak or canoe into the Intracoastal Waterway for a day of fishing.
The locals have been known to say the Usina Boat Ramp is the best place in St. Augustine to watch the sunset and to see the planes takes off from - and land at - the Northeast Florida Regional Airport.
