The Michelob National Beach Paddle Tennis Tournament will be held May 24, 2013 to May 26, 2013 when more than 100 men and women throughout the country compete for top honors in seven divisions. $1000 in prize money will be awarded to winning teams in the top pro divisions. Entry fee for amateurs is $45 per player and includes tournament shirt and admission to parties. On Friday at Treaty Park there will be a Welcome Party from 5-7 p.m. and the Mixed Doubles tournament at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, play begins at 7:30 a.m. on the hard courts, (also Ron Parker Park), and moves to the beach in the afternoons. At 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, the Awards Ceremony and Beach Party Blowout will take place at the the St. Augustine Beach Pier Pavilion. The main beach venue is Matanzas Ave. - Butler Beach, eight miles south of St. Augustine on A1A.
