Peace in the Park
Join in the celebration of the International Day of Peace, hosted by Pie in the Sky.
Local non-profit, Pie in the Sky Community Alliance, will host Peace in the Park, 2024 to celebrate their 15 years of service, on Sunday, October 27, 2024. This event is free and open to the public, and will be held at Eddie Vickers Park from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
There will be plenty of activities for the whole family, including live music by The Peacenix, activities for kids, and (of course) the Human Peace Sign. Guests can begin to line up for the Human Peace Sign at 11:00 a.m.
Pie in the Sky has been helping thousands of people throughout St. Johns County over the last 15 years. Originally based in Hastings, the organization delivers fresh produce and other donated foodstuffs to low-income senior citizens throughout St. Johns County.
