Ripley's Wild & Weird Halloween Extravaganza

Ripley's Believe It or Not! in St. Augustine is hosting a Wild and Weird Halloween Extravaganza on Saturday, October 26, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event will include a number of not-so-scary events and exhibitions, costume contests, a special appearance by Everglades activist Dusty Crum, and a Pet Parade and Talent Show.

Star of the TV show Guardians of the Glades, Dusty Crum is a passionate lover of the Everglades ecosystem who is working to remove the invasive pythons from the Glades in a humane way. He will be on hand to meet and greet fans and to show off some special snakes with a stage show at 12:30 p.m.

The Pet Parade and Talent Show will begin at 11:15 a.m. lt will include honors in several categories, including "Most Original Costume," "Scariest Costume," "Best Group Costume," and "Best St. Augustine Costume." Talent categories will range from "Weirdest" to "Most Original" and "Best Overall."

There will be lost of activities for kids, as well as prizes, a trunk or treat, and a showing of the movie Frankenweenie. Visit here for more details.
