Award-winning U.K. singer-songwriter Joan Armatrading will perform at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall on Thursday, April 30, 2015. This world tour is her first as a solo performer and will be the last major tour of her career. 

A Very Special Solo Evening with Joan Armatrading will feature material from her legendary career over four decades and more than 20 albums. The show will be casual and informal, as she interacts with her audience throughout the performance.

Armatrading's distinctive voice and gift for merging melody with lyrical expressiveness has made her one of the most respected singer-songwriters anywhere. She performed for Nelson Mandela on two occasions, and is one of the first female artists to be honored with an MBE by Queen Elizabeth II and the first female U.K. artist to debut at #1 on Billboard's Blues chart. 

Admission: Tickets are $59.50 for the first 10 rows and $49.50 for all remaining rows.

When? Thursday, April 30, 2015, at 7:30 p.m. (gates open at 6:30 p.m.)

Where? The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall is located at 1050 North Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082.

Parking Information: Parking will be available onsite. There will be a $5 parking fee for ticketed events and for free events parking will also be free. For events not produced by the St. Johns County Cultural Events Division, parking fees will be at the discretion of the event producer.
