La Nouvelle Bistro presents French cuisine with an elevated edge, making it stand out in the Ancient City.
Treat the table to an appetizer — petite baguettes, French onion soup, lobster bisque, steak tartare, and crab cakes. Keep it light with a salad as well: warm goat cheese, greens, and lyonnaise (poached egg, bacon, croutons, and vinaigrette).
Have a fine dining experience with meals such as mustard-crusted pork loin (braised lentils and garlic spinach), duck confit (duck leg, red wine braised grapes, and potatoes), croque monsieur/madame sandwich (Parisian ham, gruyère cheese, and mornay sauce), and sole meunière (beurre blanc, lemon, parsley, and artichokes).
Top off your lunch or evening with one of their desserts: blueberry tart, strawberry eclairs, canelè de bordeaux (vanilla cream), and Paris-Brest (praline creme mousseline).
The restaurant seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not required.
La Nouvelle Bistro is open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and is closed on Sunday and Monday.
Above the restaurant, Three Stories Inn offers three luxurious apartments for short stays.
