Three Stories Inn offers three curated apartments, each with a distinctive style and accessorized with well-chosen books by famous authors. Each apartment offers the convenience and space found in vacation rentals and the lush comfort found in the finest local hotels.
This digital inn provides a novel location to create your own St. Augustine story — on a getaway for two, a girls' trip, or as the bride and her attendants relaxing and preparing for the wedding. Each room can be reserved alone, or the three can be booked together for that gathering of friends or bridal party.
Every unit is a fully and beautifully appointed apartment, with a kitchen, living room, and a private bath for each bedroom. The apartments have free WiFi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, a balcony, and lavish linens. More than that, each apartment has a custom layout and decor, creating a feeling that can only be described as relaxed luxury. The inn is just a few blocks from St. Augustine's historic downtown attractions, live music, and restaurants. A drop-in dining service can provide wine, charcuterie, and desserts for a quiet evening at "home."
The Apartments
The "Foreward" is a one-bedroom luxury retreat on the second floor with a private balcony with views of historic Lincolnville. The decor is romantic and comfortable, with a full kitchen, an adjacent living area, and a private bedroom with an attached bath.
Also on the second floor, the "Prologue" has an open kitchen, dining, and living space with high ceilings and tall windows. The balcony in this one-bedroom apartment faces Bridge Street, offering the perfect retreat for morning coffee and mimosas or evening drinks.
On the third floor, the interior of the two-bedroom "Epilogue" is decorated in muted greys and whites with pops of color in the living room and one of the bedrooms. In the second bedroom, a charming ceiling under the eaves is covered in wallpaper clouds. Both bedrooms have a private bath. This apartment would be perfect for a family or two couples on a memorable St. Augustine vacation.
Each apartment has a smart television in the living area, hidden behind custom cabinets for a digital-free retreat. All bedrooms have queen beds and soft, lush linens.
Group Stays
Three Stories Inn can provide an exceptional experience for a women's retreat or bachelorette party, including welcome drinks, a game room, a spa room, and a charcuterie board delivered to the inn.
For bridal parties, the planners at Three Stories Inn can provide everything a bride and her attendants need, including make-up stations, champagne, foot massagers, Hollywood mirrors, water, and dry snacks. A personal chef can prepare snacks and meals, and the Bridal Suite can be turned into a Newlywed Suite for the wedding night.
The Building
Located on the second and third stories of the historic Jefferson House, Three Stories Inn is above La Nouvelle Bistro, a fine-dining restaurant with a French flair, open for lunch and dinner on Tuesday through Saturday.
