Osprey Tapas, located on Anastasia Island, pays tribute to St. Augustine's rich heritage by introducing new flavors and shareable, authentic Spanish dishes.
Choose from an assortment of Spanish meats (Serrano ham, lomo, chorizo, and coppa) and cheeses (mahón, tetilla, manchego, miticana, and trufa negra).
Cold tapas include roasted beets, marinated olives, escalivada (roasted eggplant, peppers, and onions), and pan con tomate (fresh tomato rubbed on a baguette). Opt for hot tapas, such as fried calamari, ham croquettes, sherry-garlic mushrooms, and patatas bravas (crispy potatoes with harissa sauce and garlic aioli).
End your meal on a sweet note with their Basque cheesecake, almond tart, or dark chocolate cremosa.
Unique beverages are offered: Spanish vermouth, cava spritzes, sangria, signature cocktails, wine, beer, and more.
They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Happy hour is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
