Located on King Street, the gallery features the work of Lenny Foster. Foster, a local artist, works primarily in photography. His work has been displayed in the Albuquerque Museum, The Harwood Museum, and the Hubbard Museum of the American West.
His current works encompass St. Augustine themes and include: seascapes, magnolia season, botanicals, first city, and where we stand. He is the author of On Beauty, Healing Hands, and Enchanted Land: A Taos Twenty Year Retrospective.
Gallery One Forty-Four offers contemporary fine art, calendars, and his books. The gallery regularly participates in St. Augustine's First Friday Art Walk.
