Sound & Ground kicks off Third Space Improv's "Yes, And..." series — creative and/or wellness events that enhance the community's health, happiness, and well being.

In this one-hour gentle stretch yoga class, participants will enjoy a beginner-friendly, relaxing yoga experience that uses straps, blocks, mats, blankets, and bolsters to support easy sitting and lying postures. Final relaxation will include a generous 30-minute rest while listening to a seven-piece set of sound bowls to calm the nervous system and to encourage self-healing. The sounds have been known to promote mood-boosting brain activity which helps with feelings of happiness as well as restful sleep.
