Singer, songwriter, and guitarist Tinsley Ellis submerges his music in the original delta-blues style and applies the classic riffs and licks in his guitar solo performances. Discovering blues in his youth, this Atlanta-born artist found inspiration in bands such as The Rolling Stones and the Yardbirds.
Albums such as Cool on It, Georgia Blue, Storm Warning, Fire it Up, Moment of Truth, Midnight Blue, Winning Hard, and Devil May Care have The Rolling Stones sending rave reviews through their platforms. With 40 years in the blues circuit, Ellis continues telling stories from the deep South through his most recent project, Tinsley Ellis and also covers some of the most revered music from artists such as Bob Dylan and Gregg Allman.
Lousiana-born singer and pianist Marcia Ball will also perform during this event. With arrangements from the blues and rock genres, Ball reveals her versatility through her unique voice and style. She is a five-time-grammy nominee and is known for her work on albums such as Freda and the Firedogs, Soulful Dress, Hot Tamale Baby, Blue House, Sing It!, and others.

Admission: Tickets range from $34.00 to $44.00. Tickets can be purchased online or at the Amphitheater Box Office on Anastasia Island, open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays, and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

Parking Information: Parking will be available onsite. There will be a $5.00 parking fee for ticketed events and for free events, parking will also be free. For events not produced by the St. Johns County Cultural Events Division, parking fees will be at the discretion of the event producer.
