As a true singer/songwriter before entering kindergarten, Mean Mary performed her song, "Mean Mary from Alabam' " on TV at age six. As a musical prodigy, Mean Mary could read music before she could read books and was proficient on three stringed instruments by the age of seven. She began home study at the end of second grade and, by age nine, had dominated a twelfth grade equivalency level test.

Organized by Cassidy Lee, a solo performer, songwriter, and founding member of Annie Dukes, five other women will join her for the evening: Roadie, Erica Reese, Julie Papili, Emma Moseley, and Ava Rae Clark. Galentine's Disco starts at 7:30 p.m. with each of the six singer/songwriters taking the stage and sharing their songs. 

An after-party follows the celebration with Jacksonville's Hush Hush presenting a silent disco.
