Ryan Bingham’s life would make a great movie someday. Born in New Mexico, he was a professional bull-rider when still in his teens, and first played music in public after the rodeos were over for the day, and only for his fellow rodeo friends. Ultimately, he played more music and rode fewer bulls, traveling from town to town and venue to venue, before ending up in Los Angeles.
