Anastasia Island stretches 14 miles along the coast, from the sandbars at Anastasia State Park down to the Matanzas Inlet, just past the Fort Matanzas Monument. Bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Matanzas River on the west, this narrow barrier island is full of experiences—from beach lounging and seafood dining to lighthouse climbs and live concerts.
