St. Augustine South Improvement Association Clubhouse

The St. Augustine South Improvement Association Clubhouse is the meeting spot for a community organization set in a one-acre park and available to rent. St. Johns County Parks and Recreation own another 1.34 acres adjacent to the east side of the property providing a community recreation area and an area for events. Features include a public shelter, a picnic shelter, playing fields, a shade garden, and a parking lot. Inside is a 2,300 foot hall with a well-equipped kitchen. Chairs and folding tables are also available.

The venue hosts meetings, children's parties, quinceañera celebrations, graduation parties, receptions, and other indoor events. It's also a wedding reception venue with a shade garden under mature oak trees.
