Peter White and Euge Groove: White Hot Summer Grooves

The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall welcomes jazz guitarist Peter White and saxophonist Euge Groove as they present White Hot Summer Grooves live in concert on Wednesday, August 23, 2017.

Peter White is one of the most versatile acoustic guitarists in the jazz world, as well as one of the most prolific. He started playing with Al Stewart's touring band in 1975, and has opened for artists like Linda Ronstadt, Billy Joel, and Queen. In the 1990s, White began his solo career with the release of Reveillez-Vous, with a number of record releases following that: Caravan of Dreams in 1996, A Peter White Christmas in 2007, Here We Go in 2012, and most recently Groovin' in 2016.

Euge Groove is the pseudonym for journeyman saxophonist Steve Grove. Grove began playing as a child, and has played with bands including Expose, Tower of Ppower, Joe Cocker, the Eurythmics, and Huey Lewis and the News. His most recent album is Got 2 B Groovin', released in 2014.
