Sierra Ferrell posing for her new album "Trail of Flowers"

Sierra Ferrell

A gifted storyteller, musician, and vocalist with a nostalgic sound.

Sierra Ferrell, a bright young artist, enchants crowds with her beautiful voice and eccentric musicality. Based out of West Virginia, Sierra's discography ranges from bluegrass to gritty honky-tonk—while keeping an old-timey sound. A gifted vocalist and storyteller, she also plays several instruments. Her career has come a long way from her early days performing at truck stops, boxcars, and street corners. She now collaborates with artists such as The Black Keys, Zach Bryan, Diplo, and Margo Price and makes it a mission to produce music that will stand the test of time.

Her debut album, Long Time Coming (2021), received much praise from credible sources: Pop Matters, Pitchfork, and No Depression. Her latest creation, Trail Of Flowers (2024), celebrates the past musical world while incorporating amplified sounds. Listeners will hear steel guitars, piano melodies, and nostalgic banjo riffs from "American Dreaming" and organ tones, shifting tempos, and soulful yodeling from "Rosemary." The entirety of the work exudes beauty and happiness, similar to what flowers represent.

Sierra's journey is just starting and has already won her the Emerging Act of the Year at the 2022 Americana Honors & Awards. Her talents continue shining with three nominations for the 2024 American Music Awards—Album, Song, and Artist of the Year.

Catch Sierra Ferrell's lively performances as she takes on a North American tour. One of the stops will be at the biggest music festival of the Southeast, the 2024 Sing Out Loud festival in St. Augustine. Noah Kahan, Marcus King, Eric Church, and Norah Jones are also featured in the showcase.
