After nearly five decades of playing, touring, and loving together, singer/songwriter couple Robin & Linda Williams are folk music fixtures. The Williamses have amassed a prolific discography that features original songs and folk covers alike. Their first release was their 1975 self-named album Robin & Linda Williams. Their most recent album, A Better Day A-Coming was released in 2021.

For the fourth consecutive time, soprano Lisa Lockhart will perform and direct a special headliner concert for Romanza Festivale. This year, on April 28, at 7:30 p.m., she will be joined by bass-baritone Lloyde Reshard and the Florida State College Chorale, directed by Dr. Thomas Shapard. The program, "I, Too, Sing, America," is a celebration in song of Black History in the U.S. Nina Eustaquio is the pianist for the performance, which takes place at the Ancient City Baptist Church.

As a boy, English-born guitarist Richard Smith was inspired by artists like Chet Atkins and Django Reinhardt and pleaded with his father (a music promoter) to teach him their fingerpicking style. Richard's early career saw the occasional solo show, but he also played in a trio with two of his brothers.

On Wednesday, May 3, 2023 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., five members of the Florida Storytelling Troupe will relate stories about Florida and some of the true Florida Men and Women who shaped this state. Held on the lawn of the Ximenez-Fatio House, this event is offered at no charge as part of Romanza Festivale.

Storytellers Rose van der Berg, Kathy Kniery, Kathy Duffy, and David Fussell will inspire, educate, and tickle the audience while relating stories about real Floridians.
