The Legendary Count Basie Orchestra headlines the 2024 Romanza Festivale, on Sunday, May 12, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., at Lewis Auditorium.

Pianist and band leader Basie formed the orchestra in 1935 and led the group until he died in 1984. The orchestra has continued performing and recording, currently under the direction of Scotty Barnhart, trumpeter and educator from Tallahassee. The County Basie Orchestra has won 18 GRAMMY awards, the most recent in 2024 for "Best Large Jazz Ensemble Album."

First Coast Cultural Center presents an exhibition of Tom Nagata's "Flora and Fauna, East to West" from Thursday, April 4 to Thursday, May 16, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. An opening reception, serving Aqua Grill appetizers, will be on April 4 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The Ultimate Paranormal Experience will be held from 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 26, through 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, 2024, at Hyatt Place St. Augustine, on Vilano Beach. Three facilitators will lead workshops, conduct a ghost hunt, and provide techniques for contacting someone from the other side.

Flagler College Theatre Arts Department presents If/Then by Brian Yorkey and Tom Kitt from Wednesday, April 10, through Sunday, April 14, at the Lewis Auditorium. On Wednesday through Saturday, the performances will be from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. Sunday is a matineé from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Indigo Sol, a company founded by two fitness and wellness professionals from Maine, hosts the Indigo Sol Yoga and Wellness Retreat in St. Augustine on April 5 - 11, 2024. 

Attendees will stay at a historic St. Augustine property in the center of Historic Downtown. Coffee, tea, and a continental breakfast will be served daily. In addition, two group dinners, two group lunches, and a sunset happy-hour cruise with appetizers and wine are also included with the retreat fee.

Beginning on Wednesday, March 6, the Peña Peck house presents a special exhibit: "The St. Augustine Friendship of Zora Neale Hurston and Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings." The exhibit will be open to the public for free tours at 12:00, 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays through March 30, 2024.
